Losing money by not having the Ebates Button installed in Firefox and whenever I do install it, my Comcast email stops functioning, need help in solving this problem with the Ebates Add-On. I'm using Firefox version 35.0.1 and whenever I disable the Ebates Button, the Comcast email starts working again.

Hi MRJhenry61, Where is the ebates button installed from? There is a site that recommends that you add ebates to the cookie exception list however I am not sure how this would affect email.

In the meantime if you open a new profile in Firefox, Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles it is possible to use your email in the new profile.
