There is a low opacity white color showing behind toolbar (extends behind URL, search and to the far right), how do I make it fully transparent so it does not show? .toolbarbutton-1 changes the color behind the buttons but does not affect the rest of the bar.

Are you using a lightweight theme (Persona)?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Yes, this is the light-weight theme, but is not the cause. The normal default color is solid light gray and is the same as the tabs for Australis. This is not a created issue or a bug, simply want to remove the color.
