I've installed searchlock, I understand it protects my original search, does it also protect when I open one of the search results as well?

I understand searchlock protects your original search, but when the results are produced and you open them, does it protect then too, or are we open to them spying on us again. I notice searchlock comes up in the original search in the url area, but I don't see that when I open a source from the search. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.
