I have to upload data to a government agency each month. Everything was working fine until January of this year. Now when I try to upload my data via their client portal I get an error. When I call their support they are telling me that they only support Firefox V10 through V19. My Firefox Version is 45. Obviously this government agency is not going to update their software. Is there any way to resolve my problem without installing backlevel software on my system? Thanks for any assistance you can provide and thanks for dedicating your time to help others!

Can you use a different browser for the site, such as Internet Explorer 11 (assuming you have that on Windows 10)? For a once-a-month application, it's hard to justify adding complications to your Firefox installation.
