My emails are going to my Gmail folder instead of my main inbox-how do I fix this?

I've changed the setting in my gmail account to NOT check other emails. This fixed the issue in Thunderbird and they went into my company email inbox until I exited Thunderbird and then opened it again. Now they are all in my Gmail folder again. I need this to work properly but can get no support contact number. I found one online and they hung up on me within a minute.

What exactly is your 'Gmail folder'?

And what is meat with your 'main inbox'?

Are you talking about different accounts?

What is the exact setting you changed? A screenshot may help. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem
