I sent explanation of problem a few minutes ago. You asked to verify email address and you would send a response. Well, I am NOT able to receive email at this time- That is my problem. How do I solve that if I need to receive email from you in order to fix???????

as for veryifying your email address, you need to reply to that using your webmail interface so that your support account is activated - right now https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/suenick shows "deactivated"
