After latest microsoft update I can no longer receive email messages. I get the error pop window that reads:

Sending of password for user tiecher did not succeed. Mail server POP.charter.net responded: invalid user name or password.

I deleted the latest microsoft update and that didn't help.

I tried resetting the password and it won't let me do that.

I can send messages, just not receive them.

If that doesn't help you should talk to your email provider.
