W10 desktop all worked well until i could not recieve and send messages without change in settings.. On my laptop w10 with same settings all still works well.

Without changing any settings Thunderbird stopped to be able to send and recieve imap messages. On my laptop with exactly the same settings, thunderbird works fine. Both computers run on Windows 10 and both W10 and Thunderbird are fully updated.

What settings did you have to change? If there is an antivirus solution on either computer, can you confirm it's also the exact same setup on the other (or not)?

Hi Fabian. I did not change any settings. From one day on the other TH stopt recieving imap messages on my desktop. To find the problem I checked my laptop. On the laptop all works well. To be sure I copied the setting from TH on my laptop to TH on my desktop. So I know all settings are exactly the same. Still on my desktop TH does not recieve and send messages. On both computers I run GDATA anti virus before and after the problem.
