Hi - big problem. Hopefully I can explain it properly. I do a lot of surveys, etc. I pull up AOL mail and it is there. In the past I would click on the survey email and go to it and the aol email tab would still be there on the left. Now when I click on an email to respond the aol on the left disappears. So I have to log back into it after finishing the survey or an email response. How can I keep it where it has always been. This has only started happening today. Thanks Anthony DiFiore

I would recommend you right click on the email tab and pin it. Also, verify in the settings that you have it set to open a new tab. See screenshots
