This question has been asked and archived with no answer so I am asking again.

I want to backup only my TB accounts, Abook, and config, not my emails as I use IMAP so they are all on the server. Is there a way to do this by backing up specific files and folders?

Then I can install TB and copy those files to the install folders, open Tb and be back where I started after TB connects with my accounts and gets back in sync.

People keep asking. The answer is the same one that has been handed out for decades. Backup the entire profile and restore the entire profile. Including your mail. Despite your ability to download your mail again, once it exceeds your providers daily bandwidth limits then it may well be a multiple day even during which you basically loose access to your mail account. to send and receive now mail
