Thunderbird won't open after update
Thunderbird just did an automatic update. I now get the following message when trying to open it:
Error: Platform version '91.4.1' is not compatible with minVersion *=91.4.0 maxVersion *=91.4.0
- first asterix should be greater than sign, second should be less than sign - can't find them on my keyboard
Have tried restarting computer to no avail.
I am running Windows 10 home, 64-bit.
How do I get Thunderbird to open now????

Can you provide the full+exact error, maybe with filename and line number, or a screenshot of the error?

So this is the error message I get when trying to open Thunderbird. (attached) Thunderbird itself doesn't open at all.
Will a reinstall pick up my existing profile (saved mails, address book etc.)?
yes, profile data is separate from program files https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data
Hi Wayne, Thanks for such a quick response! Here is what I have. My pc updated Thunderbird on 20/12. I am running Windows 10 home. I tried to test the Compatibility but Windows 10 was not on the list, so I tried all versions of Windows using the Compatibility test and got this message.
Many thanks in advance for your assistance. Thank goodness I have my iPad to access emails!

I can’t upload images from iPad to this chat - any ideas how I can?
