When I input my information below that it asks, I keep getting an error that says, Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password. So, who do I contact, preferably by phone to get Thunder bird reinstalled back on my laptop?

You need to get the POP3/IMAP setup/login information from your ISP providers neither Firefox or Thunderbird will do that configuration for your thunderbird email.
