Several changes seem to be coming from Microsoft. You might try this to see if it works: - change POP incoming to outlook.office365.com port 993 SSL/TLS - change SMTP server to smtp.office365.com

and see if that changes results.

Changed everything as recommended. Also tried both SSL/TLS and STARTTLS. Still no help.
