Support at Comcast thought the browser was corrupted, so I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled. Same problem persists. I can open Comcast on IE, but don't want to! Norton has been run a complete scans and finds nothing. Help, please!

Chosen solution

At 6 am I successfully opened Firefox to get to Comcast. Closed off and returned to computer (Macintosh) at about 9 am, and Firefox would not take me in into Comcast - page was fluttering. I uninstalled Firefox and re-installed Firefox but am having the same problem. Am able to get into Comcast through Safari, but do prefer Firefox. Please advise. Thx.
