I have current version of McAfee Protection and there are no threats or viruses in my PC. This thing that claims to be a Mozilla / Firefox Security Threat Analysis pops up and the only way we can remove it is the Control-Alt-Delete sequence

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs. You need to use all programs because each detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database.
