Since I upgraded to the new firefox (4.0.1) it crashes on startup. (By crash, i mean the mozilla crash reporter appears and goes no further) I am running windows xp. Here is what i have tried so far: - uninstalled & reinstalled firefox - restart in safe mode (causes crash reporter to appear too) - uninstalled google desktop

Only I upgraded to firefox 4 while it was in beta and never had any problems like this. It took the final version to have problems. I truly miss my Firefox 4. it crashes on start up with tabs open. sometimes i can tell it not to open my tabs and it'll run until I open up some tab that causes things to crash. but once it crashes it wont run until i close all the tabs. but on other occassions it just crashes. thanks
