My flash plugin is crashing every 2 minutes. I don't know why! I've tried everything on the support page. Nothing works, it's up to date, what do I do next?

I have updated all of my plugins. I have updated this particular plugin. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug in. I am using the most up-to-date version of Firefox. Still, it crashes after less than 2 minutes. I am not sure what else to do.

Adobe's Flash Troubleshooting page: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html

Probably the best, first step is to use their un-installer (item 3 on that page) (removes ALL Flash from your system including IE), then download the manual installer(s) (both - first "bulleted" item after #5) and re-install.
