I've installed a couples of add-ons to an administrator account on a macbook pro (10.6.8). Once i logged out and log into a different administrator account on the same computer all add-ons was gone. I've also try to download the add-ons again by entering the keywords on the search bar but non of the add-ons that i've installed on the other account can be found.

hello, all addons and personal customizations are only saved in the context of the currently active user account, see Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.

there should be no issue about installing the same addons on a different account though - can you install them directly from addons.mozilla.org?

Didn't try that. I only tried to search all the add-ons that i've installed on the other account via do a search from the firefox add-on search bar. Will give it a try on Monday cause the computer was left in the office.

Thank you for your suggestion.
