Why are you using an old Firefox 15 with known security vulnerabilities?

You should update to the current Firefox 23 release.

Such websites should be working on Windows 7.

What do you see instead of the Bangla text?

Are that little boxes with the hex code?

You can try different default fonts and temporarily disable website fonts to test the selected default font.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced
  • [ ] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
