I am using latest version of MF and BT.com is my Home Page. Whenever I open it there is a 3-4 inch blank space between toolbar and first line of the page. I cannot remove it. Driving me crazy having to scroll down all the time!

Did you check for toolbars?

  • Firefox menu button > Options
  • View > Toolbars (press F10 to display the hidden Menu bar)

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
