Starting yesterday I'm getting a page not found message when I click on a download link in BBC iplayer. When I try in ie9 it works Ok. I'm using Windows 7 64bit. There was an update to adobe air maybe yesterday? Hmmm.... I love Firefox! Thanks, Bill

HI Buffalobill19, 

I was looking for someone on IRC in the UK to take a look at this as the player is not available in the US. If I may ask, does this happen when there are different video players are enabled in the profile. Like Flash or Real Player etc. I ask this because I wonder if there is any blocking going on.

And what are you using to download the videos, are their links on the site?

Hi,

I’m not sure what you mean by profile but all of those players are enabled on my pc. I just checked again and I can live stream the video but I get page not found when I try to download. The videos are downloaded to the iplayer (adobe air) where they are stored and played.

This is happening on all of the videos.

Also I been using Firefox and doing these downloads when this just suddenly started happening.
