I have been getting crash notices about the Adobe flash player when ever I try to pl a y a website movie. Also the entire Firefox browser will crash as well. I need help repairing the browser and the Adobe plug-in s. Failing that, I need instructionon saving my bookmarks so if I end up delete Firefox and then re download Firefox, I will have my bookmarks.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
