When I try to forward a phishing message to the appropriate business (e.g., abuse@pncmortgage.com) Thunderbird will not allow forwarded message to be sent. "An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.2.0 38Vk2000A0R3hc4018VmGE This message was undeliverable. This message has been found to be a potential spam message, and has therefore been blocked. " This is obviously counterproductive. How do I override and submit abuse info where it should go? a.J. coco iparetired@cox.net.

As the message is coming from a cox net server, I suggest you ask them.
You might also need to reconsider your choices. Most domains do not accept mail ti abuse@ email addresses anymore. Despite it being a standards requirement that does not make it so.
