Since upgrading to Thunderbird 78.0.1 I can no longer retrieve emails. But 68.9.0 (32-bit) is OK.
Version 78.0.1 seems broken.
I can no longer download via POP3 my emails but can send.. But trying version 68.9.0 (32-bit) on Windows 10, I was able to set up IMAP. But setting up using 78.0.1 it does not work. Sadly my profile has now updated, and I can not revert to the old working version. What can I do to fix this mess I find myself in? I have many years of emails that I do not wish to lose.
