Unable to use Firefox to access the internet

more options

I have used Firefox for several years now with no problems, but as of 15 July I can longer access the internet using Firefox. On the 15th, I downloaded a cumulative Windows 10 update from Microsoft and since then I click on the Firefox icon and the red line under the icon shows that it is open, but I cannot go to that screen. How do I access Firefox as my browser? Bob

Hi Bob, if you hover your mouse pointer over the Firefox button on the Windows Taskbar, does it show a thumbnail image of an open window? If so, you could try right-clicking the thumbnail and choosing Maximize to see whether it appears.

If not, hmm, did you ever use Firefox on a second monitor or laptop panel simultaneously with your main display?

Either way, you could look at the steps for Firefox being "off screen" in the following thread: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1276049
