When I attempted to log into a website using my desktop computer running Windows 11, I got a message saying: Login Error: Missing cookie Error description: The ACS Session cookie was missing. Please verify that cookies are enabled in your browser.

I tried the same site using Safari on my iPad Gen. 9 and got the same message.

Try to create a cookie allow exception for this origin (protocol and hostname) and other involved domains or only for the top level domain to see if that has effect.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
