Firefox has been crashing even in safe-mode. I just updated to version 3.6.28. I also installed a new add on that opens new tabs on the home page. (I can't get the name because firefox crashes as soon as I open it)

Is there a reason you haven't updated to Firefox 11? 3.6 is almost end of life and only security fixes are being released...

I know that this sounds ignorant- I'm not very good with technology, does this mean that there is no known fix? As for Firefox 11, I have been avoiding it only because I hate to give up my Roboform. Thanks for your time.

Firefox 11 (and 12) should work with the latest RoboForm version, so there is no need to avoid updating to Firefox 11 because of that.

Roboform has an update that works with Firefox 11...

The crash isn't a known signature which doesn't mean that it isn't fixed with Firefox 11 - there have been a LOT of changes since 3.6
