My download helper places a download in the queue but will not start. I have a linux machine and a windows machine they are both doing the samething. A friend who has three computers has the same issue on all three. Any ideas. We have refreashed firefox. Reinstalled download helper and set all the updates. I have set all the conversion points as directed as well.

We are aware of downloading issues when using Firefox 36. We have been working for months on a 100% new version which works on Firefox 36+ (it does not work on Firefox 35 and below) and we just released a first test version. If you want to test this version and provide feedback on it, please follow this link.
