Supposedly you can turn off tunk filters by unchecking "Enable adaptive Junk ....". I did that but it still moves almost all my email to junk folder !!

No matter what I do--unchecking 'Enable adaptive junk mail controls for this account' it continues to move almost all my email to the junk filter folder! Regardless if I have them added to my address book, no matter what. This particularly seems to involve everything from the UPS, everything from Amazon, everything from Fedex, etc (I order a lot online and it always move my orders to the junk folder!!). Always!! Sorry this is crappy software.

If you have turned off Thunderbird Junk controls then it is something else doing the filtering. Most providers filter for Junk/Spam.
