ive tried restarting laptop (lenovo ideapad 320 windows 10) uninstalling anti virus (avast) disabled anti virus (Mcafee) gone through control panel (wouldnt let me select options since they were on bold) command prompt administrator tried a new browser (mozilla to chrome) restarting to defaults

this laptop is brand new too, one day youtube works and the next day it does this randomly? very annoying

Well, then it confirms it comes from your network and not from Firefox. I suggest you follow this lenovo steps to configure your wifi and tell us if it helps you.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?


Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

hello, you talk about Chrome, but can you access to Youtube with Chrome? It looks like to a network issue, and I would like to confirm this point before investigating in Firefox. Are you trying to access Youtube from your company network?

i tried but didnt work with chrome, not sure why? im trying to access youtube from home. the network on every other device is fine just my laptop doing this.
