When clickiing on dropdown menus in websites the list of options to select will not stay open. The dropdown box flashes quickly and automatically selects the top option. The only way I can select an option is if I keep the mouse click depressed and then scroll down. This problem does not exist in Safari or Chrome.

Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Yes, I tried SafeMode as one of my first options before posting here. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, and deleted plug-ins. This error occurs on one of my vendor sites (SanMar) but also on Bank of America's site so I don't think it's a coding issue with the sites. This problem has not existed in the past and just started within the last week. Thx!

Remove History For One Site

Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any settings.

Thanks for the proposal.

So I followed the instruction for the SanMar site. I closed FireFox and reopened afterwards, had to logo back in (as user/password had to be reinput). Issue not resolved. Other ideas? I'd hate to move to Safari or Chrome as this does impact my ability to work.
