Does ThinkVantage Password Manager work with Firefox 3.6. Earlier versions it would not work.

Last time I installed Firefox it would not load Lenovo ThinkVantage Password Manager as a plug in. Since then I have not used Firefox. I would like to again try Firefox but thought I would ask the question first. Can I use ThinkVantage Password Manager with Firefox 3.6?

Lenovo have released a patch that will make the ThinkVantage Password Manager work with Firefox 3.6 and higher. You can download it from:

I've just installed it and it works perfectly now.

Thank you Mushi. I have downloaded the patch, but still no success. Is there any indication on your task bar at the top of Firefox, i.e. under Tools etc, that the Think Vantage Password Manager has been installed?

the patch does not work on firefox 4 beta. So the question is: Does thinkvantage password manager or client security solution, whatever, work with firefox 4 beta. For the moment the answer is no.
