i'm using Firefox ESR Version 45.0,

i convert the fire fox in the local device to arabic for a work purposes,

and i want to diplay the numbers only in English language, if there any way to separate the numbers language from main language?!

Please Advice.

I don't think what your asking for will happen. I do know Chrome can translate on the fly language from one to another if you set it. But for firefox they have version for each language version.
