I am running out of options ask for support.

I posted a question about this already, but was not clear.

I have Mozilla set up as my email system on my Mac.

In order to use Mozilla support, you have to create an account with a user name and password. I have tried to do this, but when I log onto the support page, I get a message that the user name or password are wrong.

I have requested a password reset several times. I am using my email address (rchrdm@earthlink.net) as my user name. I enter a new password that includes text, a capital letter, a number, and a symbol, such as $ (e.g., Richmozmail46$). When I try to log on with this combination, I get an error message that the user name or password are wrong. I try to reset again using a different password, but keep getting an error when I try to log onto the support site.
