Warning unresponsive script came up but won't let me stop the script or continue it or anything. help!
I'm on a MacBook air. I tried to close Firefox and it won't let me, I tried uninstalling it and won't let me, and I tried shutting down my computer and still won't let me do anything! Someone please help me! I already called Apple and they said they couldn't help me because Firefox isn't part of them. Also Firefox really needs to get a customer service number!

Hi OliviaMancia, I understand that you have an installation of Firefox that is giving you the unresponsive script warning. I also understand that you filed this for Firefox for Android as well as Desktop?
None the less, please see Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it for Desktop. As for the mobile version please try the add on Noscript or Adblock Plus to block some unwanted scripts.
Unfortunately Mozilla currently does not have the resources to maintain a Support line.
I have already tried to do what the Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it says but it wont let me click stop script, continue, or debug script! I have added a picture of what my screen looks like.
Hi Olivia, This looks broken, and I am sorry to hear that it will not let you uninstall. It is possible to do a clean reinstall where you will need to delete all of the files by dragging Firefox from Applications to the trash. Force Quit the program and Clean trash and restart the computer. Is it gone?
Okay I tried doing what you said to do but it still wont let me uninstall it! This is what came up when I did it.
