Thunderbird is not an email provider. You will still need an email account from a provider. Thunderbird is client software that runs on your computer that help you manage your account with your email provider.

I keep providing my password used for my provider but it is not accepting it in thunderbird set up why? and how do I fix this?

I am not that good to find things on computer.Where do I find my operating system and when I click on safe mode do I have to restart my computer then try downloading thunderbird again to try and get it to accept my password.
