This is my personal home computer & I like having all my passcodes auto saved & then I don't have to remember & input them every time I access an account. When I update Mozilla, all my codes are gone. Aggravating.

Are your using the Norton toolbar to save your passwords? I see that your Norton Toolbar is inactive. Norton Toolbar 2015.5.0.113 ({2D3F3651-74B9-4795-BDEC-6DA2F431CB62}) (Inactive)

iirc. that is the current version number of the Norton Toolbar for Firefox 39.0 -.113

Have you tired to enable it in the Add-ons Manager? { Ctrl + Shft + A } > Extensions
