Emails working fine then suddenly stopped working. I followed Mozilla instructions and deleted passwords. I replaced passwords but still does not work. My ISP server is OK and my emails are available direct from ISP site but Thunderbird will no longer collected my mails but insists that passwords are wrong. This is so frustrating as I cannot get mails to desktop now. Has anyone been able to solve this as I cannot find any way to speak to Thunderbird direct. Thanks

There is no staffed help desk or offices for free software.

Incorrect server settings cause password errors also. I suggest you get a current list of your providers settings and compare them with what you have in Thunderbird.
