Windows 10 installation 64 bit 8 giga ram enough hard disk and processing power.

We using Thunderbird 2 years now. After the latest update on windows 10 (10/5/2018) Thunderbird is no longer operating, "no responding" on task manager.

We try everything, such as safe mode with networking and safe mode on the software, disable antivirus - firewall, reinstalling from the begging (delete profiles) but thunderbird keep not responding. The only thing working is disabling internet but again this is not a solution.

Before the problem occurs and the same day the update we try some modification on the language (display - keyboard) if this have something to do with the software.

Kindly give us some advice before proceeding and reset windows.

forgot to mention that outlook and web mail are both operating normally and the mail server is pop3.
