Hi there,

A client has asked me to help them re-configure one of their email accounts within Thunderbird. So far, we've managed to retrieve all of their 'Sent' emails, but still struggling to access their full inbox. Currently, it does not list all of the emails in their inbox and we can't figure out why. All of the settings within Synchronisation & Storage are correct, and I've also tried 'Repair Folder' a couple of times, which hasn't done anything.

Advice would be much appreciated!

What exactly did you re-configure? Do you have View/Threads set to All, and have no Quick Filter Bar buttons selected?

View/Threads is set to all and no quick filter bar buttons are selected.

You could try deleting the mbox and index files for the Inbox, i.e. Inbox and Inbox.msf, with TB closed, then restarting TB and syncing with the IMAP server, to download the messages on the server.
