I have looked and cannot find the error. Able to transmit email using several other methods but prefer this way when it works. Assistance please.

'Incorrect greeting' usually means the authentication method or password are wrong. What are your smtp settings, and what is the antivirus, and its settings for email? Secure settings are: mail.hover.com on 465, SSL/TLS, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address.
