I have thunderbird on two computers with to email accounts from aol.com. Recently on one computer the emails from the second account inbox are coming into the inbox of the first account not in the second inbox. How can I fix this ?

I suggest you review settings in great detail for the accounts. This is not something that Thunderbird can do. This could happen, for example, if one account has been defined as an alias for the other account. Check also the "Managing identifies' box on the account's server settings pane.
