Mozilla 15.0.1 gets stuck. You click on links and nothing happens. No wheels spinning, nothing. I open Firefox in a new window, the same thing. I can fix it only by starting task manager and closing all Firefox windows. [When I launch Internet Explorer, it has no problems.] Thanks for your help!

Chosen solution

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thanks for your suggestions. I'll clear all cache and all cookies and if I report nothing more, the problem has abated. . However, when the problem occurs it is not limited to specific sites. NO, ZERO links work. Mozilla is dead. Thanks again.
