A manicule is a sort of punctuation or formatting sign that is not on my keyboard but I suspect is in the character matrix.

There might be a more convenient way, but...

These characters have a corresponding Unicode identification, so you can use

Insert > HTML

and then embed that Unicode number into a tag an HTML entity. For example, for the white hand pointing to the right:
