In the Aurora "about" window it notes it automatically sends Mozilla info like usage and performance, etc. Does disabling telemetry etc in options disable this?

As the questions says, does disabling the telemetry options in the browser settings disable any information, usage, and performance sharing as it does in Firefox proper, in spite of the blurb in the Aurora "about" window?

hello Alxlight, the text in the about-dialog is static and should just inform users about the default configuration in the experimental aurora/nightly channels of firefox. when you decide to disable the various settings in options > advanced > data choices this data won't be submitted to mozilla, despite what the about-dialog says...
