Hi, I keep on getting Firefox 47.0.1 crashing on me I have disabled ALL addons But no change - it does it every time that I try closing the program - I have set "send crash reports to Mozilla" but have not heard a thing from you in response to these (it has been going on for a couple of weeks) What is the cause and fix for this annoying recurrance ? The crash reports are available on request I am using Win 10 64 bit thanks

hi, mozilla is gathering and analysing and acting on crash reports, however there isn't any outreach to individual users based on this information.

could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on in your case...
