That error is from your Zone Alarm toolbar. Post your question on the Zone Alarm forum for the best answer to resolve the problem -- be sure to tell them that you also have any other security program (i.e., Norton, AVG, Avast, etc.) installed as well as your OS and Zone Alarm application (Extreme, Internet Security, etc) and Zone Alarm version.

I downloaded ZoneAlarm 10.1.079 from a link in the Zonealarm forum - problem now gone away
I am having this problem also, but I don't run Zone Alarm and don't have a ZoneAlarm toolbar.
