Hi,

If you chose to delete preferences and data while uninstalling Firefox, I'm afraid you may have to use a data recovery software. If the OS version has the restore feature please try this: Type %appdata% in the Windows Run box (Windows key + R), right-click inside the folder that opens > Restore previous versions > Copy the Mozilla folder to another location. Open the copied Mozilla folder > Firefox > Profiles > *.default. There are a couple of files you can try to recover: the places.sqlite file holds both the bookmarks + history info. Alternatively the bookmarksbackup folder has the dated backups of the bookmarks which can be restored via Firefox Bookmarks (Alt + B) > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore. After exiting Firefox you need to overwrite either of these files from the copied Mozilla folder into the same folder structure in the Mozilla folder in %appdata%. Please also see this
