I cannot add movies to my instant queue when I use firefox. It works on explorer, but not with firefox, and Netflix spent a half hour online with me trying to fix it, giving me many of the same suggestions as are on here, and none of them work. They finally referred me here, saying that it was a browser issue, and there was nothing they could do.

You didn't write what you've tried so far.

Did you already did these and removed the Netflix cookies?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

You can try to reset Firefox to see if that new profile works.
