Can send e-mail not receive. One e-mail rec'd 40 times a day

Five to six days ago I started receiving an e-mail with an attachment from a person that I have received e-mails for a long time. This person sent the same e-mail to many other people with no problem. However, once I started receiving the e-mail it keeps regenerating the same e-mail from the same person showing the same date and time. These e-mails, if computer is left on will generate over a hundred emails in a day Each e-mail takes about 3 to 5 minutes to appear. I can not receive any other e-mails except the one described above. I think I can send e-mails but not receive except for what I stated above. If you send me a response I won't be able to receive it.

Any help would be appreciated.
